School Plan of Operation
The School Plan of Operation (SPO) is created with input from the School Organizational Team (SOT) and includes School Performance Plan (SPP) and the Strategic Budget. The plan includes goals for student success, adult learning culture, and connectedness, as well as, how the school budget will be spent to support those goals.

Strategic Budget All Funding Sources
Doris Hancock ES has established its School Performance Plan for the 2022-2023 school year. This plan
was developed by the school’s continuous improvement (CI) team and informed by a comprehensive
needs assessment that included data analysis and meaningful engagement with the school community. It
includes the school's goals and process developed during Act 1. The CI team will monitor implementation
throughout the school year and evaluate and update the goals at the end of the year.
This document tracks the status of the improvement strategies and intended outcomes in areas as Student Success, Adult Learning Culture, and Connectedness.
